Fleet Maison was born inside a real luxury fleet operation — servicing world-class resorts, five-star hotels, and VIP clients. We didn't study the problem. We lived it.
The Origin
From operator
to platform.
Fleet Maison started as an internal tool at Quik Luxury Transportation, a premium ground transportation company operating in Nassau, Bahamas. Quik Luxury services some of the most demanding properties in the Caribbean — including Baha Mar, SLS, and Rosewood.
The existing fleet software on the market was built for taxi companies and retrofitted for luxury. None of it understood the hotel relationship — the concierge who needs to book a car for a VIP in 30 seconds, the property manager who needs transportation analytics, the guest who expects a branded, seamless experience from booking to arrival.
So we built our own. And when Baha Mar deployed our concierge portal to manage guest and staff transportation across their entire resort complex, we realized this wasn't just an internal tool anymore.

Fleet Maison was created out of necessity — built by the team behind Quik Luxury Transportation, a premium fleet operator servicing five-star properties in The Bahamas.
First Hotel Integration
Baha Mar, one of the Caribbean's most iconic luxury resorts, became the first property to deploy Fleet Maison's concierge and staff booking portals — managing guest and employee transportation across the resort.
Expanding Across Properties
SLS and Rosewood properties began using the platform through Quik Luxury Transportation, proving that Fleet Maison could power transportation across multiple luxury brands under one operator.
Opening the Platform
Fleet Maison launches publicly — making the same technology that powers transportation at world-class properties available to luxury fleet operators everywhere.
